ADB is seeking a Quality Inspector to conduct quality inspections on data center projects to ensure that all materials, installations, and systems within data center projects meet established quality standards and technical specifications. This role performs inspections, documents findings, and collaborates with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues, helping maintain operational excellence, compliance, and safety across all phases of data center construction and maintenance. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and project specifications

Effective communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with project teams
Basic understanding of safety and compliance regulations
Experience with inspection documentation, quality logs, and reporting tools
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple inspections across projects
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, etc.)
Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, including climbing, sitting, standing, walking, and driving
Regular exposure to all weather conditions, especially hot, humid and/or rainy spring, summer and fall weather, combined with regular work time indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated
When working on site, will be required to wear common protective of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and safety boots
3+ years of construction experience with strong technical knowledge of QAQC programs within the Telecommunications, Utility Construction and/or Technology Infrastructure industry required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid Drivers license with the ability to travel nationwide is required
