Technology Domain Owner - Data Delivery

Establish and evolve the division’s data engineering operating model.

Drive modern data engineering practices including automation, observability, CI/CD, infrastructure as code and agentic delivery.

Improve engineering quality, delivery effectiveness, operational sustainability and time-to-value.

You will build a transparent, measurable and continuously improving capability. Success will be reflected through:

Customer and stakeholder NPS and Engineering demand fulfilment.

Employee engagement and retention, plus Enterprise platform adoption.

Standards compliance and Technical debt reduction.

Flow efficiency and lead-time improvement.

Adoption of agentic data engineering.
