What’s the role?

Ready to help shape how we support some of Australia's most important industries?

As Manager Specialised Industries, you'll play a key role in developing and bringing to life customer value propositions that help us better serve priority industry sectors.

Working closely with teams across the bank, you'll identify customer needs, uncover opportunities, and help create solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and colleagues alike.

You'll collaborate with our Lines of Business and Marketing teams to strengthen industry propositions, support impactful campaigns, and develop tools and resources that help our bankers confidently engage customers.

This is a permanent, full time position based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country, with hybrid working arrangements available.

What do I need?

• Experience working across multiple stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Ability to translate customer and industry insights into practical solutions
• Experience supporting strategy execution and go to market initiatives
• Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills
