AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineering
Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure across multiple environments.
Develop solutions using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, Athena, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, and KMS.
Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform.
Work within a foundation and platform repository model to support standardized and reusable cloud deployments.
Amazon Connect IVR and API Integration
Lead the architecture and delivery of a PrivateLink-based integration layer between Amazon Connect and internal enterprise APIs.
Design and implement OAuth 2.0 authentication.
Configure and support AWS networking components, including: NAT Gateway VPC interface endpoints Route 53 private hosted zones PrivateLink connectivity

Configure TLS using an internal root certificate authority.

Manage daily SFTP file delivery to a downstream business team.
