Position Overview
- Banx is seeking a highly motivated Technology Consultant & Solutions Developer to join our Dubai office.
- This is a unique role that combines technology consulting, software development, client engagement, business development support, and leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Banx technology platforms and solutions.
- Participate in product architecture, software development, and technical planning.
- Meet with clients and partners to understand requirements and provide technical recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and technical consultations.
- Represent Banx during meetings, conferences, and business discussions.
- Support business development and sales initiatives through technical expertise and solution design.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for new products, services, and client engagements.
- Collaborate closely with management and leadership teams.
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities and projects.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance across various initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry developments.
Required Technical Skills
- Programming Languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Node.js, SQL
- Front End Technologies: React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3
- Back End Technologies: Express.js, REST APIs, WebSocket Development, API Integrations
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
- Infrastructure & Development Tools: Docker, Git/GitHub, Linux, AWS/Google Cloud/Azure, CI/CD Pipelines
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English.

- Comfortable presenting to clients, partners, and executives.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to support sales discussions and business development activities.
- Experience dealing directly with clients and stakeholders.

- Self motivated and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable operating in a startup environment where responsibilities may evolve.
- Willingness to work from the Dubai office and attend in person meetings and events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology consulting or solutions consulting.
- Experience delivering product demonstrations and presentations.
- Experience working with enterprise clients.
- Experience in software development or technical project delivery.
- Startup experience is considered a strong advantage.
Pay
- AED 5,000.00 AED 7,000.00 per month
