- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance software applications and blockchain based solutions
- Work with modern technologies, APIs, databases, integrations, and digital platforms
- Collaborate with management, clients, and team members to deliver high quality technology solutions
- Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
- Represent the company at conferences, networking events, industry functions, and business meetings
- Assist with technical consulting, solution design, and business development initiatives
- Support software deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing system improvements
- Contribute to strategic planning and help drive innovation across company projects
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of software development experience
- Proven experience with blockchain technologies, dApps, smart contracts, digital assets, or distributed ledger technologies
- Experience with blockchain networks such as XRPL, Ethereum, Solana, or similar ecosystems
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Node.js, Git, APIs, databases, and modern software development practices
- Experience integrating wallets, payment systems, tokenized assets, and blockchain based applications
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with confidence to take ownership of projects and initiatives
- Comfortable presenting products, solutions, and technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Startup mindset with ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
- Must be available to start immediately

Pay
- AED 5,000.00 AED 7,000.00 per month
