Technology Business Analyst

Q ualifications:    Â

• R equires Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Art in Business, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent education and experience.  Preferred to have a Master of Business Administration. Â
• 3+  years’ experience  in business analysis,  design  and controls development. Â
• Proven  expertise  in  monitoring  the effectiveness of business processes and controls. Â
• Strong analytical and  problem-solving  skills with  keen  attention to detail. Â
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear, understandable, and operationally  viable  controls. Â
• Proficient in process mapping and business process management tools (e.g., Visio). Â
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization. Â
• Self-starter with an innovative mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Â
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project development methodologies. Â
