Role Overview
• Leads the design, planning, and implementation of skills capability programs.Â

Leads the design, planning, and implementation of skills capability programs.Â

Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred in Organizational Development, Operations Management, Educational Studies, Adult Education, or related fieldsÂ
3-5 years in a leadership or site-level training management role within a manufacturing environmentÂ
Proven experience building and scaling learning plans, including on-the-job training (OJT), skill matrices, career pathing, and skill needs analysis.Â
Demonstrated ability to leverage adult learning theory, behavior-based training, and frontline engagement models.Â
Demonstrated success in aligning L&D strategies with KPIs such as workforce retention, safety performance, and audit readiness.Â
Process Quality certified preferred or other similar manufacturing certifications Â
Effective communicator, capable of briefing plant leadership, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and managing upward communication on capability risks and successes.Â
Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor front-line leaders, supporting leadership development, and succession pipelines.Â
Builds and maintains strong organizational credibility; operates as a trusted advisor on capability strategyÂ
Demonstrated experience in leading change and situational leadership Â
Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.Â
