Responsibilities
- Manage end to end SaaS implementation projects from requirement gathering to deployment and post go live support
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery
- Analyze client business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements
- Coordinate with technical, QA, and product teams for configuration, customization, and integration
- Conduct product demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and training sessions
- Track project progress, manage risks, and prepare project documentation
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance solution performance and client satisfaction
- Ensure implementations comply with data privacy, security, and compliance standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2 5 years of experience in SaaS solution implementation or techno functional project management
- Strong understanding of HR, onboarding, payroll, workforce management, and visa process workflows
- Hands on experience with IT system implementations, integrations (e.g., REST APIs), and data migration
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required
- Proven experience in client communication and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud or similar cloud platforms preferred
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus

About the Role
- Seeking a Techno Functional Project Engineer to lead and support implementation of SaaS based HCM and Visa Management solutions.
- Serve as liaison between clients, business teams, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end SaaS implementation projects.
- Act as primary point of contact for clients.
- Analyze client business processes and translate into requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

- 2 5 years in SaaS implementation or techno functional project management.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
