Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries from customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for order closure.
- Maintain CRM and update daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with operations/logistics for order processing.
- Manage and grow company social media pages Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok.
- Create content, posts, reels, and captions to engage audience.
- Respond to comments, DMs and customer queries on social platforms.
- Run basic paid ads/campaigns and track performance.
- Monitor trends and suggest ideas to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- 0 1 year experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Social Media; freshers with good communication skills can apply
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads, content creation and scheduling tools
- Computer literate MS Office, Google Sheets
- Self motivated and target oriented
- Good phone manner, presentable, and customer focused

Job Summary
- We are hiring an Inside Sales & Social Media Executive to support our sales and marketing team.
- The role involves handling customer inquiries, lead follow ups, and managing social media platforms to generate brand awareness and leads.
Key Responsibilities Inside Sales

- Salary: AED 2,500 AED 3,000.
- Commission/Incentives based on sales performance.
- Training will be provided.
