Overview

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Techno Commercial Program Manager to lead and accelerate Apple’s commercial business growth.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of end user infrastructure and the Apple ecosystem, combined with expertise in both the technical and commercial facets of system integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, developing long term relationships with key decision makers (IT, procurement, C level).
  • Identify and present Apple solutions (hardware, software, ecosystem) that meet customer needs across various verticals (e.g., finance, healthcare, manufacturing, education).
  • Act as the technical liaison, translating complex product capabilities into customer centric value propositions.
  • Develop and execute account strategies, sales plans, and forecasts aligned with Apple’s commercial objectives.
  • Work closely with Apple’s technical pre sales, product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Support and co sell with Apple’s channel and distribution partners to scale opportunities.
  • Ensure optimal customer onboarding, deployment, and post sale support, focusing on long term satisfaction and product adoption.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, competitor offerings, and customer use cases to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or technical certifications a plus).
  • 8 10 years of experience in enterprise account management, sales engineering, or technical sales in the tech industry.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Apple products, services, ecosystem, and how they are used in business environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in quota carrying roles and strategic account growth.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales productivity platforms.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with Apple products or in the Apple ecosystem (MDM, DEP, iOS/macOS in enterprise).
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise mobility, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Experience in co selling with system integrators, VARs, or distribution partners.
  • Comfortable engaging C level executives and aligning technology with business priorities.
