Overview
- Install, test, and maintain AMI water and electricity meters, ensuring proper configuration and calibration.
- Diagnose and repair issues related to meters and communication devices.
- Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies involving metering equipment.
- Ensure employees receive adequate specialized training to enhance both technical and behavioral skills, in coordination with the Training & Development Department.
- Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
