Performance and Certification
- Manage concurrent certification projects and evaluate products against applicable national and international safety standards.
- Deliver projects and tests within agreed timelines and manage costs within budget.
- Review work, perform witness testing, review test data, and authorize application of the CSA Mark.
- Prepare or sign certification reports and certificates of compliance.
- Help clients resolve problems and failures without disclosing proprietary information.
Customer Support
- Work with sales to support current clients and develop new client opportunities.
- Prepare project quotations for cost and time.
- Explain certification programs and production control requirements to clients.
