Responsibilities
- Respond to Hassantuk's fire safety notifications promptly and efficiently
- Conduct regular maintenance activities on addressable and conventional fire systems
- Address and program fire alarm panels, ensuring optimal performance
- Maintain ESSER, SIMPLEX, EST, and APPOLLO fire panels according to manufacturer guidelines
- Install new fire alarm devices, smoke sensors, MCP, and fire panels following industry standards
- Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) for all fire safety systems
- Prepare comprehensive Fire Alarm Reports and follow up on rectifications until completion
- Stay updated with latest fire safety regulations and ensure compliance
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance, installation, and programming of fire alarm systems
- Knowledge of addressable and conventional fire systems
- Familiarity with ESSER, SIMPLEX, EST, and APPOLLO fire panels
- Ability to conduct Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)
- Strong understanding of fire safety regulations
