About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform shift based electrical and instrumentation maintenance, troubleshooting faults to ensure uninterrupted plant operations
- Install, service, maintain, and repair electrical systems including machinery, panels, wiring, lighting fixtures
- Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance in accordance with schedules and SOPs
- Carry out instrumentation maintenance and calibration of field instruments such as level transmitters, pressure/flow/temperature instruments, and sensors
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate control valves, actuator operated valves, and associated positioners
- Perform maintenance and servicing of actuator valves, including pneumatic and motorized actuators
- Execute calibration activities using standard instruments and maintain calibration records
- Handle maintenance of packing line equipment including sensors, drives, control systems, and interlocks
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and electrical/testing instruments
- Read and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Maintain accurate documentation including logbooks, maintenance checklists, calibration reports, and job completion records
- Support plant maintenance, shutdowns, and project related electrical/instrumentation work
Requirements
- 8 10 years of hands on experience in Electricals & instrumentation maintenance in an industrial/utility/plant environment
- ITI Electrician with Wireman License
- Gujarati language
- Basic Hindi & English
- Practical knowledge of industrial instrumentation and electrical systems
- Fault finding and troubleshooting skills
- Basic understanding of PLC
- Ability to follow SOPs and safety instructions

Main Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 8 10 Years of hands on experience in Electricals & instrumentation maintenance in an industrial/utility/plant environment preferred
