Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create highly technical narratives, instruction, procedures, or descriptions based on multiple source data.
- Create high quality, consistent, and professional support documentation.
- Edit technical documentation for grammar and flow.
- Format documentation in MS Word, PowerPoint, or Excel into templates to be used for future document creation.
- Create and edit technical documentation in Adobe pdf format.
- Manipulate illustrations and other support graphics for use in documentation.
- Create Tables for use in technical documentation.
- Create training guides in PowerPoint using various sources of data.
