The role
Hadean is seeking a technical writer who can communicate technical concepts effectively.
The role creates internal, customer-facing, and user-focused content to help Hadean and its partners succeed.
The writer collaborates with Product Managers, Product Specialists, Engineers, and Field Engineers on product guides, documentation, and explanations.
Key responsibilities
- Author and maintain product documentation.
- Write guides and tutorials for onboarding users and developers.
- Write API specifications for services and SDKs.
- Collaborate with Engineers and Field Engineers in an agile development environment.
- Collect and centralise information from people across the organisation.
