Growth of Hadean’s public sector business
Generate a qualified pipeline of customer opportunities via sales outreach, marketing campaigns, and engagement activity (such as capability briefings)
Qualify and validate opportunities including delivery of proof of value
Establish commercial partnerships with system integrators and primes
Drive program capture with system integrator partners and direct-to-gov
Development of strategic proposals based on industry trends, research, and intelligence

You have successfully executed capture and/or delivery of defence programs
You have an extensive network across the Defence community – inc. primes, system integrators, technology vendors, and government program owners
You have experience working across multiple domains and with various government customers – UK MoD and US DoD highly preferable
You are a consistent closer with a history of exceeding annual targets
Willingness to travel as needed to support customer and prospect activity
Quarterly business reviews with team dinners and events (including global virtual social events),
