Role Overview
As a Technical Writer at Gainwell, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining technical documentation, including manuals, system guides, online help systems, and developer guides. You will have a strong understanding of technical subjects, excellent writing skills, and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. This role is strictly involved in documenting the product and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. The work is limited to documentation of the product and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information.

Summary
As a Technical Writer at Gainwell, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining technical documentation, including manuals, system guides, online help systems, and developer guides. Your role in our mission
- Domain Expertise & Essential Job Functions • Develop and Maintain Documentation: o Create, edit, and manage guides, technical manuals, release notes, online help, and other documentation for healthcare products. o Ensure all documentation is clear and concise. o Update documentation to reflect new features, enhancements, and changes in the products.
