in our mission Application and operations support for cloud-based infrastructure on Azure and AWS cloud.

Setup environments, deploy, and maintain applications in cloud environments.

Work closely with development and other support teams to troubleshoot and resolve application or infrastructure related issues.

Collaborate with end users to address application support needs and provide technical assistance.

Apply ITIL Service Management principles across Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to service delivery enhancements.

Participate in disaster recovery planning and support cloud security best practices.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in IT Support Services, Operations, and Project/Program Management.
• Cloud and infrastructure expertise , including AWS and/or Azure, SSL Certificate Management, Firewall Maintenance, and Disaster Recovery.
• Security and incident management experience , including Operational and Security Event Monitoring, Incident Response, OS Patching, and Security Software Updates.
• Application and database support knowledge , including Operations Support, Database administration, and .NET C# Development.
