The Technical Training Manager is responsible for designing and delivering hands-on and classroom training programs that ensure production personnel are properly trained, qualified where required, and aligned with ISC’s quality, safety, and operational standards.
Training areas include IPC workmanship standards, Lean/5S fundamentals, Gemba practices, ESD handling, AS9100 quality awareness, manufacturing processes, and workplace safety.
The Technical Training Manager reports to the Director of Quality and partners closely with the Director of Manufacturing and Director of Engineering to identify skill gaps, develop and deliver training programs, evaluate training effectiveness, and support continuous improvement across the manufacturing floor.
