Role Overview
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary technical team covering civil, electrical, mechanical, and architectural disciplines.
Provide centralized technical support to the project and site engineering teams.
Technical Responsibilities
- Review and approve design deliverables, shop drawings, and technical submittals before issuance to site teams.
- Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code, international standards, and project technical and design requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, designers, contractors, and client representatives to resolve technical and design queries.
- Oversee BIM coordination and clash detection across all disciplines to support constructability.
- Evaluate and approve value engineering proposals and alternative technical solutions.
- Provide technical mentorship and escalation support to site engineering teams on complex issues.
- Monitor emerging technical risks and report status, issues, and recommendations.

- Knowledge of the Saudi Building Code, international standards, and project technical requirements.
