We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and React to lead technical teams, design scalable system architectures, and ensure high-quality technical delivery aligned with organizational standards and goals.**Key Responsibilities:**

Lead and oversee the technical team’s day-to-day activities.

Design, review, and approve system architecture and technical solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.

Ensure best practices in coding, security, performance, and scalability.

Support Agile processes and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Identify technical risks and proactively address challenges.

Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of technical outputs in compliance with established standards.

Native or fluent Arabic speaker.

10+ years of experience in technical roles, including managing technical projects and leading development teams.

Strong hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot and React, along with modern software development practices.

Proven ability to manage technical teams, mentor engineers, and resolve technical and operational challenges.

Certified in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum Master or equivalent.

Strong experience in system architecture design, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Excellent skills in analyzing business and technical requirements and proposing appropriate technical solutions to achieve business objectives.

Ability to ensure that all technical deliverables meet organizational, regulatory, and authority compliance standards.
