We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and React to lead technical teams, design scalable system architectures, and ensure high-quality technical delivery aligned with organizational standards and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the technical team s day-to-day activities.
- Design, review, and approve system architecture and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.

- Support Agile processes and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify technical risks and proactively address challenges.
