Technical Support Engineer - US

Candidates must hold a valid work visa for the country/region where the position is located.

You will: 1.

Prepare after-sales service before new product launches, working closely with development and quality teams to review from a user perspective and produce after-sales service documentation. 2.

Build familiarity with product features and issues, collaborate with the development team to produce product training materials, and deliver enablement training to regions to strengthen frontline problem-solving capabilities. 3.

Respond quickly to regional inquiries, coordinate internal and external resources to drive complex issues to closure, and deliver problem solutions. 4.

Analyze the voice of the customer and identify issues, driving product experience improvements and solution outputs to help raise customer satisfaction.

Class of 2027, bachelor's degree or above in electronic information technology, mechatronics engineering, or related engineering disciplines. 2.

Strong logical thinking and project management skills; experience organizing student clubs or campus activities is a plus. 3.

Ability to work under pressure, with strong learning ability and good communication skills.
