What you will do
- · Provide technical customer support via phone, email, and on-site visits.
- · Assist with product repairs, warranty work.
- · Product and system investigations.
- · Maintain and repair communications equipment in-house and at customer locations.
- · Deliver technical feedback to Engineering and support continuous product improvement.
- · Support exhibitions, customer demonstrations, and international service activities.
- · Establish cross functional interfaces to resolve product issues.
What are we looking for
· HNC/HND, degree in a relevant technical discipline, or strong A-Levels in Science and Maths.
· Interest or knowledge of RF communications systems, products, and associated technologies.
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a logical approach to problem-solving.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
· Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage own workload with minimal supervision.
· Practical, hands-on approach and a proactive, can-do attitude.
· Strong customer service focus and commitment to delivering high-quality support.
· Effective team player able to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
· Willingness to travel when required.
Security Clearance
Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained for this role.
