- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues
- Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure
- Configure and maintain Fortinet Firewalls, implement firewall policies, VPNs, NAT, and security rules
- Install and configure Windows Servers
- Deploy and manage Microsoft 365 environments
- Support Time Attendance & Access Control Systems
- Install and support IP Telephony & Communication Systems (NEC, Yealink, Grandstream)
- Provide ongoing client support and maintenance
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting
- Experience with network switches (Cisco, Fortinet, D Link)
- Experience in WLAN setup and wireless troubleshooting
- Hands on experience with Fortinet Firewalls
- Windows Server Administration
- Active Directory Management
- Microsoft 365 Administration and Email Migration
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, VLANs
- Experience with Time Attendance Systems (Matrix, eSSL, ZKTeco)
- Experience with IP Telephony Systems (NEC, Avaya, Yealink, Grandstream)

Job Overview
- We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide onsite and remote technical support to our clients.
- The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT infrastructure, networking, servers, security systems, email solutions, and business communication systems.
- The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of client IT environments, ensuring maximum uptime and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to clients
