Role overview
Provide technical support for AVEVA cloud-based and engineering solutions, including AVEVA CONNECT and CONNECT-based applications.
Serve primarily as Level 1 and Level 2 support for products used in industrial engineering, operations, and asset management.
The role is part of the 24x7 Cloud Platform Support team and reports to the Technical Support Manager in Hyderabad.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for global customers through phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Provide technical support across cloud applications, licensing, networking, hosting technologies, and AVEVA industrial software.
- Perform issue triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, resolution, and escalation as required.
- Monitor automated alerts and take corrective action or escalate according to defined procedures.
- Manage support queues and maintain proactive customer communication.
- Collaborate with regional, global, fulfillment, product development, testing, and implementation teams.
- Support licensing activations, renewals, updates, product releases, and known-issue readiness.
- Document procedures and create knowledge base articles for products, cloud services, and common issues.
- Contribute to process optimization and service excellence initiatives.
