Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Support specification, selection, and troubleshooting of compressors, line components, and electronic controllers across HVAC/R applications.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions for customer and end-user product inquiries.
• Deliver technical presentations and training sessions.
• Document testing results, technical findings, and recommendations in accurate reports.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on product improvements and new product development.
