Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 technical support for AV systems, including projectors, displays, video conferencing tools, microphones, speakers, and control systems
- Set up and support meeting rooms, conference calls, webinars, and live events
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues related to AV equipment
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors for escalated AV issues
- Perform routine checks, testing, and preventive maintenance of AV systems
- Ensure proper cabling, power connections, and equipment placement
- Assist users with AV tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex , etc.
- Maintain inventory and documentation of AV equipment and issues
- Ensure adherence to company safety and quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Audio-Visual systems and components
- Knowledge of video conferencing platforms and collaboration tools
- Familiarity with microphones, mixers, speakers, cameras, and displays
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, HDMI, VGA, USB, IP-based AV)
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer support skills
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, IT, Networking, or related field
- Relevant AV or IT support certifications are a plus
