Role Overview
Lead a Dubai-based team providing technical support for InterSystems healthcare applications and related products.
Manage team workload, performance, development, technical guidance, service quality, and delivery standards.
Act as an escalation point for customers and internal teams while working with Support, Services, Implementation, Product, regional, and global colleagues.
International travel and participation in a 24-hour extended support service may be required.
Management Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Specialists.
- Set objectives and manage individual and team performance.
- Prioritize and allocate work based on urgency, business impact, and available skills.
- Monitor workloads, backlogs, service levels, delivery commitments, and support coverage.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and technical capability development.
- Manage customer and internal escalations and advise on technical requirements, risks, and resource needs.
