Documentation

• Create and maintain user guides, training materials, system specifications and other technical documentation.
• Document approved changes to scope, timelines and resources.

Experience and Core Requirements

• At least 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role managing complex technical projects.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, project kick-offs and related activities, potentially up to 50% of working time.
• Extensive Linux experience with proficiency in Docker or Podman.
• Strong Bash, Python and Node.js scripting abilities.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, networking concepts, VPNs, subnets, DNS and SSL certificates.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Technology Environment

• Linux, Docker or Podman, Bash, Python and Node.js.
• TCP, UDP, HTTP, WS, FTP, VPNs, subnets, DNS and SSL certificates.
• ELK Stack, REST, NGINX, JSON, XML, message brokers, TypeScript, JavaScript and RTSP feeds.
• Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, OpenShift, Microsoft 365, Jira and Smartsheet are included in the technology environment, with Ansible specifically preferred.

Workplace and Travel

• The role provides support in lab, customer and remote environments.
• Travel may be required for client meetings, project kick-offs and other project activities, up to 50% of working time.
