About the role
The Technical Solutions Engineer provides technical depth within Customer Delivery and solves complex integration, rendering, CMS, API, and agentic workflow challenges.
The role is approximately 60% customer-facing technical delivery and 40% productization and enablement.
The role reports to the Manager of Customer Success and partners with Customer Delivery, Integrations, Product, and Engineering.
Technical escalations
- Own complex customer escalations across integrations, APIs, CDN and edge environments, CMS platforms, and customer environments.
- Diagnose root causes, configure and test Schema App, and work directly with customer developers and technical teams.
- Provide actionable handoffs when Product or Engineering involvement is required.
