Team and Systems
The Technical Solutions Analyst joins the Enterprise Technology Delivery Team within Keyera's Digital, Data & Technology group.
The team supports corporate applications and IBM Maximo, an enterprise asset management system.
The supported systems serve facility operations, asset management, finance, supply chain, safety, environment, regulatory, sustainability, and legal teams.
Location
- The position is based in Keyera's Calgary office.
- Occasional travel to Keyera sites may be required.
Employment
The listed job type is permanent.
Core Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day corporate system operations, including user inquiries, user and security setup, and data exports and imports.
- Troubleshoot applications, integrations, databases, infrastructure, and application performance.
- Partner with team members and vendors to deliver system upgrades.
- Design and develop technical solutions for system improvements and fixes.
- Review project and peer documentation for consistency and alignment with technical standards.
- Build strong working relationships with technology colleagues and business partners.
Education and Experience
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science or a related field is required.
