Previous administration experience within a busy, customer-focused environment would be highly beneficial.

You’ll be confident organising site access, coordinating and scheduling subcontractor works, maintaining accurate records and ensuring activities are planned and delivered efficiently.

Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills are essential, as you’ll regularly liaise with subcontractors, internal teams, site users, stakeholders and the client to coordinate requirements, resolve issues and keep everyone informed.

You’ll be organised, approachable and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a professional and high-quality service.

You’ll have a good understanding of relevant Health & Safety requirements, including COSHH and RIDDOR, alongside demonstrable experience managing contractors within a maintenance or construction environment.

An SMTS qualification is required, or you’ll need to be willing to work towards one.

We’re looking for someone reliable, self-motivated and organised, with excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues, contractors, customers and senior stakeholders.

working with mechanical or electrical assets in a commercial or industrial environment, a Health & Safety qualification, professional membership and previous MOD experience or SC clearance would be advantageous, along with experience working with Authorised Persons and Responsible Persons across electrical, mechanical or other compliance management systems, such as Legionella (L8) or asbestos.

Due to the nature of the site, applicants must be UK Nationals, aged 18 or over, and able to obtain and retain SC clearance.
