Provide expert remote and on-site technical support for Medium Voltage (MV) equipment across the ANZ service partner network
Lead troubleshooting, diagnostics and resolution of complex MV product faults, including escalations and field investigations
Prepare the commissioning, testing, and maintenance MOP / documentation, including work instructions, work packs, and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)
Develop the program and deliver trainings for internal Field Service Technicians (FSTs), Approved Service Providers (ASPs) and customers
Develop deep product expertise and guide technicians through commissioning, testing, maintenance and fault-finding activities
Conduct installation assessments as required and verify MV equipment performance against Eaton and customer standards
Perform, interpret and validate electrical measurements and data downloads from MV switchgear, protection relays and smart devices
Act as the key liaison between clients and ASPs, and providing technical support
Support implementation and continuous improvement of service systems, including CRM, ticketing and case-management tools
Collaborate with sales, service partners and customers to improve service delivery, drive customer satisfaction and enhance field capability
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with MV switchgear diagnostics, protection relay settings, electrical measurements and data downloads from MV/LV smart devices
Strong technical understanding of equipment and safety standards of medium voltage, primary/secondary switchgear, circuit breakers, transformers, and protection systems
Hands on field service experience in commissioning, site testing, integrated testing, installation assessments and supervision of subcontractors or technicians
Ability to interpret electrical schematics, SLDs, protection coordination documentation and test reports
