Supplier Quality Engineer (73699)

Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any) or a directly related field plus three (3) years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or process quality engineering. Experience must include:
• Two (2) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
• Leading, supervising, or coordinating quality engineers, technicians, or inspectors, including performance management and task prioritization.
• Managing supplier quality performance, including supplier audits, corrective action management, and PPAP approval for externally sourced components.
• Owning and using quality data systems and ERP platforms to analyze supplier performance, drive corrective actions, and report quality KPls to leadership.
• Quality tools, including 8D, 5 why, Ishikawa, Pareto, Lean Tools, or Statistics.
• One (1) year of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
• Power Bl
• Arena Simulation or Minitab
• MAPICS, AS400, and VISTA
• SQPI (Supplier Quality Process Improvement)
