- Identify new business opportunities, distributors, contractors, manufacturers, and project accounts
- Build strong relationships with industrial clients, consultants, procurement teams, and decision makers
- Promote technical chemical solutions aligned with customer requirements
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations
- Collaborate closely with internal technical, sourcing, and operations teams
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the chemical industry
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining strong client retention and account growth
Requirements
- Strong exposure to Adhesives, Inks, Coatings, Construction Chemicals, and related industrial chemical segments
- Sales experience in the AICC sector
