Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership over financial planning, budgeting, and performance management.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• UAE experience
• CFO or equivalent senior finance leadership experience in a
• multinational company.
• Strong background in
• corporate banking, investment banking (M&A), private equity, or senior strategy consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent).
• Deep expertise in budgeting, corporate valuation, risk management, corporate finance, and fund-raising.
• Experience in
• energy or agri-commodities trading
• is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Exceptional ability to manage banking relationships, credit, and capital-raising.
• Excellent command of

English

Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Arabic
