- As a Technical Sales Executive, you will manage and grow direct and distributor accounts, develop new business opportunities, provide technical-commercial support, and coordinate with internal teams to support product qualification, regulatory requirements, customer service and market development for Pharma, Nutraceutical, Beauty and Home Care applications.
What you will do:
- Manage existing direct sales and distributor accounts, including monthly forecasting, order follow-up, sales target achievement and collection tracking.
- Conduct regular customer visits, including monthly visits to direct global customers and quarterly joint visits with distributors to key customers; prepare and share visit reports.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and new customers by identifying potential products, applications, market needs and import substitution opportunities.
- Provide ground support for Beauty & Home samples, technical documentation, customer requirements and product qualification, in coordination with Regulatory, Quality, Technical and Production teams.
