- Manage inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, webchat, WhatsApp, and social media
- Prepare and send quotes, contracts, and negotiate commercial terms
- Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively closing deals
- Enter and maintain data in the company’s CRM system
- Coordinate with production and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Build and maintain long term relationships with existing clients
- Generate and maintain accurate sales reports and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration from a recognized institution
- 4+ years of GCC experience in customer facing roles (Technical Sales or Customer Service is a plus)
- Strong command of English (written & spoken) – technical writing is an advantage
- Proficient with IT systems, CRM tools & Project Management software
- Must be organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working under pressure

About the Role
- Proto21 is looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Technical Sales Engineer to join our team.
- You will combine technical expertise with strong sales skills to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and support the sales process from start to finish.
- You will be the frontline connection between customers and our technical teams, handling inquiries, closing deals, and ensuring exceptional client service throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration from a recognized institution.
