Role Overview
Prenuvo is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter for a six-month engagement supporting a major Product and Technology hiring push.
The role independently owns a full slate of technical requisitions with high autonomy and works directly in Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Hiring coverage includes Engineering, AI/ML, Data, and Product across multiple markets and seniority levels.
What You’ll Do
- Run full-cycle recruiting for 8–12+ concurrent technical requisitions.
- Partner with engineering and product leaders on role scope, success profiles, and hiring timelines.
- Build sourcing strategies for niche technical searches using direct sourcing, referrals, communities, and Boolean or X-ray search.
- Conduct technical screens and assess languages, frameworks, architecture, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML tooling.
- Own Greenhouse requisition workflows, interview kits, scorecards, reporting, and pipeline hygiene.
- Lead structured interviews, debriefs, offer strategy, and negotiation.
- Deliver a high-touch experience for senior and executive-level technical candidates.
- Proactively surface pipeline risk, market realities, and process bottlenecks.
