Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure mechanical, electrical, electronics, and machine vision components.
- Identify and develop reliable suppliers while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with vendors.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Operations teams to understand material requirements.
- Create and manage purchase orders while ensuring timely procurement.
- Track material deliveries and coordinate logistics to meet project timelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain procurement documentation, vendor records, and purchase reports.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
