Purchase & Store Assistant

Assist in sourcing and purchasing mechanical, electrical, electronic, and industrial components.

Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.

Prepare and maintain purchase-related documents and records.

Assist in creating Purchase Orders (POs) and following up with vendors for timely delivery.

Compare vendor quotations and support the team in selecting suitable suppliers.

Follow up with vendors regarding pending orders, dispatches, and delivery status.

Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Admin teams for material requirements.

Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and basic specifications against purchase documents.

Maintain proper records of received, issued, and available materials.

Assist in maintaining stock levels and ensuring timely availability of materials.

Update inventory records in Zoho Inventory / Excel .

Support regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.

Properly organize and label materials in the store.

Issue materials to concerned departments as per approved requirements.

Identify low-stock, excess, damaged, or missing materials and report them to the concerned person.

Maintain proper documentation for material inward and outward movements.

Maintain vendor details, purchase records, invoices, delivery documents, and stock records.
