About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex software and AI-enabled solutions from requirements through production deployment.
You will work closely with software engineers, solution architects, product teams, security teams, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical plans and ensure reliable delivery across the full software development lifecycle.
This role requires strong project management discipline combined with enough technical depth to understand software architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, environments, and engineering trade-offs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery planning and execution, including scope, milestones, workstreams, timelines, ownership, dependencies, and delivery cadence.
- Translate business and operational requirements into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, technical dependencies, and implementation plans.
- Coordinate the full SDLC across design, development, integration, testing, security review, deployment, release, and post-launch stabilization.
- Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, resource constraints, blockers, scope changes, and cross-team issues, escalating when necessary with clear options.
- Partner with engineering and QA teams on UAT, defect management, release readiness, deployment planning, monitoring, documentation, and transition to support.
- Maintain clear stakeholder communication through project status, forecasts, risks, decisions, technical syncs, demos, and delivery reviews.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in technical project management, technical program management, software delivery, implementation management, systems integration, or a related role.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models.
- Good technical understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, databases, data flows, cloud or on-premises environments, version control, CI/CD, and release processes.
- Able to work effectively with engineers on estimates, technical trade-offs, defects, dependencies, and operational issues.
- Strong experience with project planning and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. Fluent English is required as a working language.
Preferred
- Experience delivering AI-enabled applications, machine learning products, data-driven systems, or applied AI solutions.
- Technical background in software engineering, computer science, information systems, solution architecture, or related fields.
- Experience with security reviews, IAM, privacy, regulated environments, on-premises deployments, or complex enterprise environments.
- Experience delivering solutions involving APIs, data pipelines, third-party integrations, or legacy systems.
