This role is part of our Business Systems team, working closely with stakeholders across the business to build, refine, and clean up tickets for our Salesforce-centric tech stack, while also helping us extend AI-driven improvements across the broader organization.

• Ticket Building & Backlog Management: Build, refine, and clean up tickets for the Business Systems Admins and Developers, writing clear, well-scoped technical requirements that developers can act on without unnecessary back-and-forth.
• AI-Driven Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to apply AI tools and workflows to solve business problems, and help drive adoption of AI-based solutions across teams. Hands-on AI experience is a must for this role.
• Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Interface with stakeholders across multiple business units to intake, vet, and prioritize requests, translating business needs into clear technical tasks for the development team. Act as the go-between for developers and business systems admins, reaching out to the business to gather clearer requirements or feedback on a ticket so the technical team can stay focused.
