They are currently seeking a
Technical Project Manager
to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital and fintech projects.
- Manage cross‑functional teams—including engineering, product, business analysis, and vendors—to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.
- Oversee infrastructure and software development lifecycles across cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments.
- Translate business and product requirements into actionable project plans, technical tasks, and deliverables.
- Monitor project KPIs, budgets, risks, and timelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive process optimization, continuous improvement, and adoption of Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing technical projects within digital, payments, or financial technology environments.
- Strong background in both infrastructure and software development project delivery.
- Professional certification such as PMP®, Agile, or an equivalent project management credential.
- Excellent stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory, security, and data‑privacy standards in technology‑driven environments.
