Technical Project Manager, III

The Senior Technical Project Manager (Senior TPM) is a leadership-level role accountable for managing complex, high-impact projects and programs across multiple teams and business units.

The Senior TPM provides strategic direction, ensures alignment with organizational goals, and serves as the primary liaison between executive leadership and project teams.

This role requires advanced technical acumen, extensive Agile project management expertise, and the ability to mentor and guide other project managers to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.

• Oversee full lifecycle of large-scale technical programs, including initiation, planning, execution, release, and closure
• Lead Agileceremoniesand ensure sprint execution aligns with program goals
• Manage program-level budgets, resource planning, and vendor coordination
• Maintainaccurateandtimelydocumentation in Atlassian and other project management tools
• Communicate program status, risks, and escalations to executive stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering, product, UX, and governance teams to ensure alignment and delivery
• Identifyorganizational impacts and define mitigation strategies for technical and operational risks
• Drive launch readiness for new products, features, and programs
• Mentor mid-level TPMs and contribute to the development of best practices across the portfolio team
• Additionaldepartment-relevant duties and support as needed based on business needs andobjectives.
• Assigned other duties and special projects as required by management.
