Technical Project Management Manager

We are looking for a result-oriented Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technical projects across global manufacturing, digital transformation, and industrial IT. The role plans, organizes, and controls resources, procedures, schedules, budgets, quality, and risk throughout the project lifecycle. It requires advanced technical project management knowledge, strong manufacturing insight, and the ability to translate shop-floor processes into scalable digital workflows. The successful candidate will work independently with limited supervision, provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams, and coordinate factory, business, infrastructure, and vendor stakeholders to deliver sustainable Manufacturing Execution System (MES) outcomes across international manufacturing sites.

Lead end-to-end MES implementations, from requirements and solution planning through integration, readiness, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.

Develop and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, budgets, milestones, and status reports.

Monitor delivery against approved scope, milestones, budgets, quality standards, and expected business outcomes; initiate corrective action when required.

Conduct risk and dependency analysis, manage mitigation actions, and provide clear technical and analytical guidance to the project team.

Analyze and document business and technical requirements by liaising with manufacturing users, subject-matter experts, IT teams, and other stakeholders.

Translate shop-floor and manufacturing processes into scalable digital workflows aligned with broader digital manufacturing objectives.

Manage collaboration across global factories, vendors, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and manufacturing operations to support delivery and adoption.

Integrate vendor activities into the project plan where applicable, and track, review, and ensure the quality of vendor deliverables.
