Technical Project Coordinator

Technical Planning and Execution

• Review architectural, electrical, AV, and networking drawings.
• Prepare and validate BOQs, estimates, documentation, and material plans.
• Coordinate end-to-end project execution and site activities across electrical, fabrication, AV, and networking workstreams.
• Monitor schedules, quality, deliverables, testing, snag rectification, commissioning, and handover.

Coordination and Reporting

• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, OEMs, software partners, vendors, and procurement teams.
• Track quotations, deliveries, installations, commissioning, and milestones.
• Prepare RFIs, meeting minutes, inspection reports, commissioning reports, schedules, and handover documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• The role seeks 1–3 years of relevant project engineering, project coordination, site execution, systems integration, AV, ELV, museum, exhibition, theme park, or MEP experience.
• Relevant fresh-graduate internships, industrial training, or project experience may also be considered.

Technical Requirements

• Candidates should be able to interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• The role requires knowledge of AV, projection, networking, ELV, mechanical or fabrication coordination, software implementation, and office productivity tools.
• AutoCAD is preferred, while familiarity with MS Project, ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills are required.
